Jana Egger, born in Sundern, Germany, works as a sports scientist at the RemediCool cryotherapy chamber research centre in Cologne and studies at the Cologne Sports University. On the 09th and 10th of July she won 2 gold medals in the categories Ultra Pole and Pole Sport Senior Women 18+.

This also qualifies her for the World Championship in Lausanne, Switzerland.

More success in sports thanks to cryotherapy

To prepare for the competition, Jana Egger used Art of Cryo’s V1 and V1 Lux high-performance cryotherapy chambers.

Art of Cryo offers real and stable minus temperatures for an optimal cold application. Cryotherapy can increase performance and motivation, and accelerate regeneration after training.

Success with combination applications

Thanks to the Art of Cryo Vacu Flow and the Multi-CryoHacking system, cryotherapy can be combined with vacuum therapy, light applications and ionised oxygen. The Multi-CryoHacking System was used daily during her preparations for the competition, the cryotherapy control software made it possible to optimally calculate the application time, application repetition and application intensity and to use them precisely.

The basis for these complex algorithms are the diagnostic and measurement values of the MCRC Vital-X, the 3D body scan, the thermo-diagnostic procedure and the breathing gas analysis.

Starting in August, Jana Egger will prepare for the World Championship in Lusanne, Switzerland, further with the help of Art of Cryo’s high-performance cryotherapy chambers and the Vacu Flow.

Art of Cryo wishes Jana Egger every success and looks forward to continue supporting this exceptional athlete.
