Art of Cryo high performance cold chamber single Vaultz V1 lux in Mönchengladbach at Cool Cube
Strengthening the immune system, improving fitness levels, relieving pain or supporting weight loss - cold therapy (also known as cryotherapy) leads to scientifically proven results in many areas. Visitors can experience this for themselves since August 2021 at Cool Cube in Mönchengladbach. In its high-performance Art of Cryo cold chamber, the newly founded company offers applications for minus 85 degrees Celsius.
„Our aim is to use cold therapy to improve the mental and physical well-being and health of our customers. Many people notice changes after the first three to five-minute treatment“, explains Sigrid Westerman, founder of Cool Cube.
Studies confirm the positive results of cryotherapy in three areas of application Sport & Fitness, Health & Regeneration as well Beauty & Wellness.
The application at Cool Cube begins with a detailed medical history: the RemediCool software calculates the optimum application time in the high-performance cold chamber for each customer to the second. After a consultation with a cryo-operator, the personalised cold chamber treatment begins at temperatures as low as minus 85 degrees Celsius. As this is a very dry cold, it is more pleasant than a cold shower, for example. The application is followed by the compensation phase. „Guests feel a pleasant warmth under their cooled skin. Your body will now restore the previous body temperature as quickly as possible, which stimulates the metabolism. This burns calories. Most people feel relaxed and at the same time full of vigour and energy“, Sigrid Westerman explains further.
Cool Cube is open Monday to Friday from 8am to 7pm and Saturdays from 10am to 3pm. Appointments can be made by telephone on 0176 728 488 51 or by e-mail to info@cool-cube.rocks can be arranged. Further information and prices can be found at www.cool-cube.rocks.
